When my Thermador oven decided to stop working, I knew I needed some help pronto. Did a quick search online for Thermador authorized service, and BAM, there was CardinalCove Appliance Repair, right there at the top. Lucky me! Gave 'em a call, and they were super chill, set me up with an appointment in no time.
The tech arrived on time, which was a big win. No waiting around here. He was professional but not all stiff, you know? Told me the issue straight up and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. He had the parts on him—like magic!—and my oven was back to its old self pretty fast.
What I loved? No hidden fees. Sometimes you get surprised with extras, but not here. Price was fair for a Thermador authorized service. I’ve had other brands before and dealt with different repair companies (ain’t naming names, but it wasn't good), and honestly, CardinalCove's service is a breath of fresh air.
If you’re in South Miami and need some appliance TLC, especially for Thermador, these folks are who you wanna call. Five stars, easy!
